Engagement & Billing Process

  

  • Submit your case details and supporting documents 
  • We review and confirm scope, turnaround time, and pricing within 24 hours 
  • An invoice is issued for the initial service engagement 
  • Work begins upon receipt of the initial payment 
  • The remaining balance is due within 7 days of completed file delivery
  • Submit your intake below to initiate review. A secure upload link and invoice will be provided within 24 hours.

To ensure confidentiality and proper file handling, all documents are uploaded through our secure client portal.


After submitting your intake form, you will receive:


• A secure upload link via Clio
• Instructions for submitting your documents
• Your service invoice

Please do not send case files via email unless specifically instructed.


 For efficient processing, please include the following in your intake submission:
• Law Firm Name
• Contact Name
• Service Requested
• Date of Loss
• Claim Number
• Case Details 

Submit Your Intake to Begin

After submitting your intake, our team will review your request and provide a secure upload link along with your invoice. Work begins upon receipt of the initial payment.
